Hammond Mayor and Democratic County Chairman Tom McDermott bragged this morning on his radio program that he voted for Carol Ann Seaton for Assessor. He repeatedly hammered home the point that his job is to get Democrats elected whether they are qualified or not. Thus he was proud to vote straight Democratic. Has anyone ever seen a local or national campaign call for voting stright party.
Show McDermott you're smarter than him and vote for the best candidates not his friends.
